What should I know about my CFR card?
I lost my CFR card- what should I do?
Call US Bank at 1-877-474-0010, and select the “lost card” option.
I joined BEEM. When do I get paid?
As a reminder, not everyone who participates in the project will get Guaranteed Income right away. Half the participants will receive income right away (cash now). The other half will have to wait a year before receiving the payments (cash later). The decision about which group someone goes into is done randomly, like the flip of a coin.
If you are in the cash now group, you’ll get income starting the month after you enroll for 12 months from when you started. For example, if you joined BEEM in February 2023, you’ll get payments from March 2023 to March 2024. Payments are made on the first of the month or the Friday before if the first falls on a weekend or holiday. The payment dates are listed below.

I’m hoping to set up autopay for a bill using my CFR card- how do I do this?
This varies depending on the bill, but typically you’ll need your account number and the CFR routing number (071004200). You can find your account number on the paperwork you were given along with your CFR card or you can give customer service a call and they can help you obtain your account number (1-877-474-0010). The account number will be a 13-digit number beginning with 600.
